Straight answers to the most common questions about setup fees, runtime hours, scaling, discounts, data ownership, and what's included.

Why is there a setup fee?

Setup covers workflow analysis and documentation, agent training on your specific processes, security environment provisioning, integration with your systems, and parallel deployment support. This is typically 40–60 hours of specialised work. It's a one-time investment, not a recurring charge.

Can we start smaller than the Starter package?

We offer the 30-day Pilot Program for $5,000 fixed — one agent, one workflow, defined success criteria. Below that, the economics don't work for either side: we need sufficient scope to demonstrate real value and justify the setup investment. The pilot fee is credited toward your first month if you convert.

What happens if we exceed our runtime hours?

We notify you at 80% usage. You can purchase additional blocks ($200 per 100 hours), upgrade your package, or we can optimise workflows to reduce usage. We never shut off agents mid-process — you'll always have time to decide.

Is there a discount for annual prepay?

Yes — 10% off monthly fees for annual prepayment on any package.

What if we need to scale down?

30-day written notice for package downgrades within a commitment period. Rather than removing agents entirely, we often redeploy them to other workflows where they can add value.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The setup fee plus monthly fee covers everything: hosting, security, maintenance, standard support, and ongoing agent training as your processes evolve. Custom development and professional services are quoted separately and always require your approval before work begins.

How does the pricing compare to hiring?

Typically 40–60% of fully-loaded employee costs, with additional benefits: 24/7 availability, instant scaling, no turnover, no management overhead, and no training curve when a new process is introduced.

What are the payment terms?

Setup fee due on contract signature. Monthly fees due on the 1st of each month. ACH preferred; credit card accepted (3% processing fee); wire transfer available. Late payment carries a 1.5% monthly service charge after 15 days.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Instant data deletion on contract termination. Your isolated VPS environment is wiped and decommissioned. You receive written confirmation of deletion. No data is retained beyond your contract period.

Can we get a demo before committing to a pilot?

Yes. Discovery calls include a live demonstration using workflows similar to your industry. We can show you how an agent would handle a typical task from your specific sector before any financial commitment.
